Elmo and friends are visiting your party! Sesame Street hits Main Street and you are going to be the talk of the town. All the neighborhood kids are going to have a tough time sleeping the night before the big bash because they all got an invitation from their lovable, fuzzy friend Elmo.

And your birthday king or queen is going to have a heck of a fuzzy fun day that they won’t forget. With Elmo birthday party supplies it will be, as they say, a piece of cake.

Elmo will be floating right inside your door as the Elmo air walker greets each of your guests. Elmo is as tall or in some cases taller as every one of your guests. Wait until you see their eyes go wide as they walk by him into a Sesame Street wonderland. Decorate the ceiling and doorways with Elmo streamers and the Elmo balloons will complete the decorations which will stagger the average child.

One by one the blindfolded kids give it their best shot with the winner receiving an Elmo party favor for their efforts. And all the kids get their own Elmo sticker book just for being good sports and playing. No one loses at parties!!!

Next, just to keep the activity level high and the fun moving along it’s time for another classic. Let them have a go at the Elmo pinata. You really don’t want to do this one in the house, trust me. There is no better way to get some of that energy out than letting them swing away at Elmo and then all the kids diving for the Elmo candy and favors inside. Make sure the camera is close while the pile goes for the goody grab.

Bring down the tempo a little (parents will thank you) and let them work together to build the Elmo puzzles while you bring out the Elmo decorated cake and sing Happy Birthday. When it’s time to go, don’t send everyone home empty handed, make sure everyone gets an Elmo favor and bag to put all their goodies in.
